At Hacton Dental Care we take complaints very seriously. If you are not satisfied with our service in the first instance please contact the practice by calling 01708 447 603, email and in writing by addressing your letter to Dr Rajiv Sheth and sending your complaint to the following address (Hacton Dental Care, 1 Hacton Lane, Hornchurch, Essex, RM12 6PH).
