COVID-19 Update

An important message for our patients and colleagues.

The welfare of our community, colleagues and patients has been an absolute priority throughout this time of uncertainty. With this in mind, in light of the CoVid pandemic and the rapidly changing situation, I have made the very difficult decision to close our doors temporarily for routine dentistry for 2 weeks to start with, as we keep an eye on the guidance and health status of our country’s population.

Although all routine and non-essential appointments will be cancelled, we will continue to provide a limited emergency dental cover to our patients. PLEASE DO NOT JUST TURN UP as we will be operating a locked door policy. In the event that you are in pain or have a dental emergency, please call us on 01708 447603 and we will do a phone triage and if appropriate, book you an appointment time. If you don’t get thorough to someone in person, please leave a voice message or email reception@hactondentalcare.com and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

Hacton Dental Care is a symbol of resilience in an everchanging and often uncertain world. I know that our values and your support will help us pull through as a Dental Practice, into the next chapter. We wish all of our patients, our colleagues and friends well and we look forward to seeing you all again, as normal, very soon.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience but we hope you understand our reasoning in this uncertain situation. As you can imagine, this is something we have never had to do in the past but these are indeed exceptional times.
